Julie brings to Ten One extensive experience in office management, financial oversight, and customer service. With a career spanning over two decades, She has demonstrated a remarkable ability to manage complex operations and lead diverse teams across various sectors.

Currently serving as the Administrative Director at Ten One Strategies Julie oversees the daily operations of the office and manages complex financial reporting for Ten One Strategies and its five associations. She is responsible for presenting end-of-month financial reports to the Executive Director, showcasing a keen ability to handle intricate financial data and strategic planning.  She also does various bookkeeping services for smaller companies in her spare time.

Prior to this role, Julie served as the Administrative Director at Plainview Assisted Living in Richland, Mississippi. In this position, she managed an assisted living facility, overseeing all aspects of the operation, including employee management, financial processing, and compliance with Department of Health regulations. Before joining Plainview Assisted Living, Julie was the Executive Director at Aspen of Brookhaven, where she similarly managed a 48-bed facility, demonstrating consistent excellence in operational management and compliance.

In addition to her administrative and educational experience, Julie has held roles in customer service and accounting since graduating college.  She has a proven background in finance, administration and customer service.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Belhaven College.  She is married to Les Dickerson and has two children, Lanee and Cooper.  She enjoys reading, cooking and  spending time with family and friends in her down time.
