Madison Ingram is a communications and event management professional with a strong background in hospitality, association operations, and client relations. As an Account Manager with Ten One Strategies in Jackson, Mississippi, Madison manages statewide professional associations and supports their mission through detailed event planning, member engagement, and strategic communication. She oversees membership systems, coordinates major conventions and continuing education programs, and ensures smooth execution of every project from concept to completion.
Before joining Ten One Strategies, Madison built a decade of leadership experience with McAlister’s Deli, where she advanced from Team Member to Area Catering Manager. In that role, she oversaw multiple locations, led regional catering operations, and cultivated strong relationships with clients and vendors. Her career in hospitality developed her expertise in logistics, customer service, and leadership, skills that now translate seamlessly into association and event management.
Madison earned her Associate of Arts degree from Holmes Community College, where she also completed her EMS Certification. She is highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media management.
Madison has been recognized for her leadership and community involvement, earning honors such as Rankin’s Best of the Best Top 40 Under 40 (2023), the Red Shoe Award (2023), and Ambassador of the Year (2018). She is also a proud graduate of the Leadership Rankin Class of 2020 and serves on the boards of the Pearl Chamber of Commerce and the Richland Economic Development Association.
